Schedule: Monday-Friday (shifts available)

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls using multi-line phone systems
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism
• Document interactions accurately in the system
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals

Requirements

• Education: Associate's Degree or higher (required by client)
• OR Completed Certification/Licensed Program Training above High School (Trades/IT)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a high-volume call center
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multi-line phone systems
• Experience handling customer inquiries and processing orders
• Background in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus
